RFP No. CUCE 2008-R

The Energy Authority® is issuing a Reverse RFP today, July 15, 2008, for up to 100 MW of capacity and energy. Non-binding bids are due by 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, August 29, 2008. All parties selected for further negotiations for power purchase agreements will be contacted to further negotiate contract specifics by October 17, 2008.
